	Dear Folks,

Things are progressing on the Italian front.

A few days ago I received in the mail from Fabio "Paolino
Paperino e il Mistero di Marte." This is a long DD adventure from
1937, the first long Duck story ever produced. Fabio is translating
it to make a rough English script, which I will then dialogue, thus
making the English version of the story which Gladstone may have in
the DD 60th birthday issue.

Meanwhile, John Clark himself sent me "Zio Paperone e le
Lenticchie di Babilonia" (Uncle Scrooge and the Lentils from Babylon).
This is one of Romano Scarpa's most famous stories, and I'll be
making the American script for the story's summer 1994 release.

There's also a third story, the 1939 story "Paperino
Chiromante" (Donald Duck, Necromancer), which I'm hoping to do; Fabio
also mailed me it; but it will need some serious reworking because
Donald acts out of character in places. It has so many good moments
otherwise, though, that I think it's worth the struggle. I don't know
when this one will be published.

Fabio, do you want to add anything to this?

That's all for now... I'm off to lunch!
