Hello everybody, this is RoC writing live and direct from Denmark. Well, I'm leaving the
terminal in a few minutes, so don't write me back.
I've just spent a week in Copenhagen and met the Great Man twice.
For a full report later this week, stay tuned to this channel. First I've got to read the
mail I've missed.
Also a big HI! from Jan Lund Thomsen, whom I met with in Ariel's city.
We just missed the gallery closing, where also Tello, Vicar and Rota appeared,
but managed to catch a look at the Trojan story. It's 24 (or 26? I forget) pages,
coded D 94003, and looks good. It's scheduled for the autumn vacation issue in
the Nordic countries. I also met a great fan of Don's, who in a 15 minute conversation
used the word 'genious' about as many times. Apparently he asked Byron Ericson to
make you sign something, Don. I guess he'll be luckier with you than Barks.
At the two occations I saw him, he didn't do autographs. Maybe he just didn't want
to encounter more of Rosa's stories, that have appeared in *three* consequtive issues
of the Egmont weeklies?
The I 1919 Barks story also appeared in an unnumbered special edition of the Jumbo books.
Oh, and the oils on exhibit in the Danish National Museum are beautiful, go see'em!
Gotta go.
