Bolivar (Was: Marco Polo and CBL-censoring)

Bolivar got his name changed to Bornworthy in 1951, so it's not a
question about a later change.  I've heard the reason was so as to not
upset South Americans by having a dog with the same name as Simon
Bolivar.  I don't know if there really ever was any problems with it.
