Publishing dates of comics

We have a database with a lot of comics, listing which stories they
contain. Recently, I also started to include the cover dates of these
comics. The cover dates are mostly 2 or 3 months later than the actual
publishing date.

Dates I could find in the database (the version I am using is not
yet available on an ftp site or web server. I plan to upload a new version
at the end of the month):

(43-07 means july, 1943. etc.)

Dates of WDC comics higher than 140 are not in the database (yet). But since
WDC was a monthly comic, the dates should be easy to calculate.
