Gyro Gearloose

I wonder if someone can help me to identify a Gyro Gearloose story I
remember. It features something called a "happy tingle ray", and has Gyro
riding over the ocean on a machine that produces a spider's web-like ray.

If someone knows the answer to this, I'd appreciate it if he or she could
also send an email directly to me, as I appear to have been unsubscribed to
the list and can't quite remember how to get subscribed again!
