Yes, it (Taikaviitta 2000 / Taikaviitta) was published 
November 1999 - December 2000.
 
It all started well: Helsinki Media even published the first original
issue in its rightful place (Finland seems to be the only country - in
addition to Italy - where this was done correctly). Anyways, in 
January 2000, Taikaviitta 2000 made a three-year time jump and started
publishing the comics in Scandinavian order and year after that:
WHAM.
