New Disney site

FRANCESCO SPREAFICO to ANGELO TOTI, 19 March 2001:

At the moment I'm too much behind with both my email and my snail mail
to have time to pay attention to "new site" announcements like this, but
I just couldn't resist replying. I think you'll understand why when you
read my explanations below.

I'm a bit confused, too. The link
"http://www.geocities.com/donald313us/barks.html" shows parts of the
opening page of my site, with as most important difference that Barks'
"Ode to the Disney Ducks" is missing one line.

Still, the page is credited to me by copying and pasting a part of my own
note, suggesting that *I* made that page (*including* the errors)!

On top, some links refer to my site, while others link to the site
itself in a misleading way. "Art" and "Bibliography" refer to a German
article on the site itself, which is credited to Gerd Syllwasschy.
("http://www.geocities.com/donald313us/barks2.html") I haven't compared
it with Gerd's site, but I guess that he has become "involved" in this
site in the same way as me.

Best wishes,

--- Daniel

(BTW. Both answers to my most recent little quote-quizes were right.
The quotes were indeed taken from the rip van winkle story of WDC 112,
and from "The Cattle King" of US 69.)
