Donald buys from B Swinely, a real estate crook,
a "delightful two-acre [farm with] rolling hills, fine soil,
and a lovely spring!"-- without seeing the estate.

The scam is based on several puns. Donald wants to sue
Swinely, but there's nothing illegal.
Swinely calmly greets the lawyer, the judge and the officer,
whom he (obviously) knows: "Hi, Joe! Hi, Dave! Hi, Mike!"
Donald then tries to sell his estate to someone else, and
the story repeats itself.
