DR Archive order page is updated

The http://donrosa.tronsmo.no/ page for ordering Don's books as
well as the 'special limited' set with the signed print has been done
over. You can now select exactly what you want and they even
have a nice image of this print for viewing. These people are very
responsive and helpful. BTW, many thanks to Nils for his part in 
all this and the reports from Oslo.
