The Dome on the Bin

I think that only Italian Drawers have it, isn't it? 
I know that once, the gift in Topolino was a little plastic moneybin (Which 
also was a radio, and a box to put money in it, I think) and there was the 
dome on it.
Notice that each time there is a dome, the walls of the bin are more curves 
than straight
The money bin is more "looneytooney" when it has this dome. 
I think it has it too in the series Ducktales
