Scrooge's old money becomming worthless?

Sigvald's concerned that some of Scrooge's old money is worthless.
That's true.  I recall a story where he had to clean out several
truckloads of foreign currency that was worthless;  it was
taking up valuable space in his bin.  I think the money was called
"Castrovian Rubleniks" --- I'll try to find the story.
Another instance I recall was in one of my favorite early non-Barks
stories, "Southern Hospitality", where Scrooge used worthless
Confederate currency to pay Donald and HDL for picking his
cotton.  This was issued by the Southern Confederate states in the
American civil war (1960's) and of course became worthless when
they lost the war.  There wasn't any explanation about why
Scrooge had this money.  Donald gave the money to HDL for
play-money, and at the end of the story they sold it to a rich
collector.
