I found the story about Scrooge's worthless Castrovian Rubleniks.
Code # D90029, titled "A Case of Too Much Money".
Published by Gladstone in USA as the back-up story in US291;
April 1995. Rosa's USL&T part 7 was the main story. The
credits for the 10-page Rublenik story don't say who wrote
and who drew it, but David Gerstein translated it into American
English, lettered by Sue Klinger and colored by Eric Vincent.
      In this story, Scrooge brings back truckloads of Rubleniks
from his business trip to Castrovia in 1934. Then 25 years later
(1959) he hears the news "Brutopia has seized control of
Castrovia!  Old rubleniks are worthless."
        Scrooge tries to lure the Beagle Boys into stealing them,
but Donald spoits that plot. In the end, Donald and HDL have
to take them home and burn them in the fireplace.
                                        ----Larry Giver.
