The Dream of a Lifetime still on schedual?

Just had a quick look on Sigvald's D.U.C.K.man pages. He says that 
Rosa's "The Dream of a Lifetime" will be published December in most of 
the Scandinavia and in German sometimes in January.

Any ideas if the negotiations between Don and Egmont will affect this? 
If I understood Sigvald correctly, at least Don's article might be 
missing in some countries (as was with "The Sharpie of the Culebra Cut").
