Ah, that explains what I've been wondering about for years: why Brazilian
footballers often are called Romario, Ronaldo, etc. while we say for
instance "Cruijff" or "Johan Cruijff", but never just "Johan".

Also thanks for your explanation about Brazilian producktion!
