Uncle Scrooge #101

I've been collecting Disney comics for many years, but only recently have I
tried to catalog them.  The Inducks Disney Comics Database lists US#101
("http://coa.inducks.org/coa/c1/magazine.php/0/us/US") with the publication
#90038-210.  It should be #90038-209.  I know because I have an issue right
in front of me.  I respect COA an awful lot and I'm not trying to be picky,
just because it is so wonderful, I'd want it to be perfect in every way.
What is the procedure to submit corrections?
