Well, I don't want to destroy your pleasure of hunting them down, but
you can order an album with a complete set of stickers here:

Album and stickers come in a sealed envelope. You just have to sort the
stickers and stick them into the album. Additional advantage: Since all
stickers are from the same factory sheet their white edges are all
identically large - a common source of trouble if you buy them in single
packets.

The stickers are the same in all countries (that's why there is never
text in the stickers).

The "That's Donald" set seems to be out-of-print, unfortunately. In all
languages.

Then there is a very nice album "Donald story" (still available in
German language). It has several nice stickers taken from Barks stories.
But it is from 1984 so stickers might no longer be sticky enough because
the glue hardens over the years.
