I won't tell you that they are canon (ha, you don't get to smile) since I
don't know what that would actually mean. I do tell, however, that I mostly
like them. For example Ice Sword -series was excellent.
Mickey Mouse fantasy stories are not perfect, naturally. The main flaw is
that the plots are usually full of clichés, but that's not that important.
I don't mean that originality not important at all, it's just not the main
reason I read Disney comics. If it was, I wouldn't be reading them, they
are Disney comics with all the Disney limitations after all.
I assume the story that (at least partially) made you write the mail was
The Black Orb*). I don't remember exactly how I felt about it after I had
read it, but I seem to have liked it. The fact that I have played role
playing games myself might of course affect my judgement.
