You should give the Mouse another try. There are actually some pretty
good stories being produced these days. However, don't expect to get the
kind of continuity you get in a Rosa story, if that's what you're
seeking.

A quick look at Inducks tells me there are *lots* of very good
"two-fisted, adventurous Mickey" stories from Egmont, similar to Byron's
material, that have yet to be published in the US.
