WDC&S #4 - complimentary copy?

Hi Paolo,

If you have a copy, I'd be very interested in any unusual markings it 
might have? Also, I don't have a copy of the ordinary version so 
I am curious if the content/indicia is different? Below is a scan 
of the lower back cover of my own copy (I got the state wrong).
