Maybe this is of interest for some of you: on the Papersera pages
was just published an interview (only in Italian, sorry) with
Andrea Freccero a young Italian Disney artist:

Then, there is something for the most curious ones: in 1949
Arnoldo Mondadori published one of the very first Disney Italian
stories, "Topolino e il Cobra Bianco", 35 pages of pure madness
by Guido Martina and Angelo Bioletto, the story, being
*absolutely crazy* for all the usual Disney standard, was never
reprinted except for an amatorial reprint in 1994. Now you can
read this story on Papersera where it will be published 1 page
each day starting from 11th of May, as the only way for the
interested ones to study this "archeological" Mickey. The url is
