Unknown Disney comics heroes? (Rob Roy, Stormer, The black arrow)

Stormer is the Flemish name for Stormy.

According to Inducks, this "Black Arrow"-story (ZT 122) was first published 
in 1985. That would be 28 years later than this 1957 print.
So, I guess these are two different stories containing something with a 
"black arrow". One of them unidentified.
