Disney-comics digest

Hi,
I love the Disney-comics digest conversations, BUT
I think there is just a bit too much mail for me.
Any possibilities to get shortened, or somehow concised  or just weekly
"shipments"? I'm simply getting too much mail, not just Digests !
I do understand that I may lose something, but that's less concern than too
much mail that I just don't have time to read.
