In the Norwegian newspaper VG this Saturday, there was a big 2-page article
about Carl Barks. Most of the text was an Interview (I don't know if it was
a press conference or a normal interview) about various things, but mainly
the upcoming European Tour.

Two places in the text, Barks talked badly of Rosa's work. The first time
when asked about his feelings for Norway, he mentioned that the recent
story about Lillehammer was not very good, and he thought that the artist
portrayed Donald Duck more like Woody Woodchucker than the Donald he drew.

The second slagging of Rosa came when Barks talked about one of his
favourite stories, Plain Awful. Here he mentioned that recently a bad
followup had been made by an engineer who drew the Ducks much to static
and clumsy for his liking. Rosas name was never mentioned, but it wasn't
very hard to see where the comments were aimed.

Barks also mentioned his new story, Jumping Through History or something
like that. The Norwegian Editors said it would probably be printed this
autumn.
