More thoughts for Carl Barks

Me too. All of that. But I really don't know what to say.
Even though I knew this was about to happen, and that it would happen soon,
that morning when I read the mail form Gerry Tank I couldn't believe my
eyes.... and I'd known for months then that I'd get to know that this
way.... but that was no help, the news stroke me hard... more or less the
same way as my grandpa's death.

I'm very grateful to Gerry Tank for "delivering" somehow a very short mail
I'd written to him some time ago... and I have to thank Frank Stajano too...
I wrote that mail to Barks because of an article of his...

I'm glad he's been around for so long writing such wonderful stories and
enlightening m (maby people's) childhood... and teaching us a lot of good
things too.

We're really going to miss him.
