I know this story is not a Disney one, but it is by Carl Barks (and Leonard Buettner).
This is the only Porky story that Barks drew, and is from 1948. It is now entirely available
from the web, follow the "Photo Section" link from:

The story was posted in the Yahoo "Barks and Rosa" fan club. Unfortunately, a Yahoo subscription
is recquired to access the comics but it only takes a few minutes to register (and is free, of course).
