Here's a list of World War 2 references in Barks' stories. I don't
know if it's complete.

WDC 31-05
"We'll make our own Victory Garden, boys!" (panel 1.1)

WDC 32-02
In Donald's imaginary newspaper, the headline "No more gas says OPA" is a
reference to the Office of Price Administration, the temporary federal
agency charged with controlling prices and running the rationing system.
Gasoline was among the materials rationed by OPA. (panel 7.6)

WDC 35-01
"The army drafted all our mounts under 28 years of age" (panel 1.4)

WDC 43-02
Donald holds a box of "pre-war Bon-bons" (panels 3.5 and 3.6)

WDC 44-?1
The formulae floating above Donald's head mentions the Office of Price
Administration (OPA), the temporary federal agency charged with controlling
prices and running the rationing system. (panel 1.7) Before Donald goes to
the moon, he says to the nephews: "Save my ration points so I can have a
steak when I come back!" (panel 7.10)

WDC 48-02
"The store didn't have any linseed oil! - It's hard to get these days and
the store won't have anymore till friday!" (panels 10.6 and 10.7)

WDC 51-02
Though it's a less conclusive one, the mine hooked by Donald could be a
WWII reference. (panel 9.7)

WDC 56-02
"It's a Jap ambush! To arms!" (panels 7.4 to 7.6)

WDC 60-02
As part of Donald's feather ornament, Nazi crosses can be seen. (panel 5.4)

WDC 127-02
A copy of Hitler's "Mein Kampf" lies on the dump were the nephews are
looking through. (panel 2.1)

WDC 142-02
As part of Donald's grumbling, a Nazi cross can be seen. (panel 9.8)

OS 147-02
As part of the Volcano Valley president's grumbling, a Nazi cross can be
seen. (panel 18.5)
