Just a thought, making an amazing jump from World Wars to Christmas
time: The model plane misunderstanding reminds me of the steam
shovel misunderstanding in "Letter to Santa" (CP 1). 

In "Volcano Valley" (OS 147-02) the misunderstanding is only used
as the beginning of the story, while "Letter to Santa" uses it as
part of the plot itself.

What do you or others think of this?
