Yes, but in the USA it's *very* uncommon to know more than one language.
Maybe some people know Spanish, but that's about it.
You can't expect Don to learn an overseas language just to read some comic
books...

Don already gets the weeklies from a lot of European countries. As a kind of
"honorary subscription".
