I think it's good!
But I think you should replace the margarine factory with a lighthouse.
I seem to remember several stories where Donald works in a lighthouse,
probably just outside Duckburg.
I also don't quite like the idea of Shacktown being a "landmark".
Are you sure you don't want to include McDuck Tower?
