Correct! It's Barks second echoes ten-pager, WDC 215.
The first echoes ten-pager is WDC 105.

I think the second version is technically a much better story, but I
find the first version much funnier and more bizarre.

On page 4 of the second version, Barks makes a funny joke that is not
in the first version. Huey, Dewey, and Louie accidently twist words
around when imitating Gladstone's "HUEY, DEWEY, AND LOUIE ARE MAKING
THOSE ECHOES!"

In panel 4.7, one nephew echoes: "Dewey, Louie, and Huey are (choke!)
making those echoes!"

Notice that, apart from the addition of "choke!", the nephews's names
are in a *different order* now.

At least one translator seems to have overlooked this extra joke,
because it's gone in the Dutch publication. What about other countries?

"GROAN! Gasp! Alas! Alas! Oh, woe! Alas!"
(Which Barks story?) :-)
