An obvious choice is Barks' "Christmas for Shacktown".

But actually I also like very much the Christmas stories that were written by Bob Gregory. "Christmas in Duckburg" (1958, Gregory/Barks), "Christmas Cha-Cha" (1959, Gregory/Barks) come to mind.

Also, "Merry Christmas" (1961, in Dell Giant #53) is quite good. We don't know the writer of that story (art is by Strobl), but I wouldn't be surprised if this was a Gregory story too.
