of course, besides supervising, Herge wrote it - and (i think) did breakdowns 
for the art/
but the keyword is he supervised it - he was the auter!  and it was his 
vision/
same is true for Eisner's Spirit - it is the period where Eisner closely 
supervised it that sparkles and shines - because his vision was there/
