I used to wonder how Scrooge could manage to leave so much "bad paper" 
lying around, mere notes and receipts able to deep-six his fortune at 
the whim of whoever possessed them. Of course, that mountainous pile of 
unfiled documents probably contains many other "mere" slips of paper 
that could do him in as The Worlds Richest Duck (Man), so maybe that 
the note held by Miss Penny Wise is not all that extraordinary.
