what story?

Hello all!
 
I'm trying to find this story. It is Italian story. Scrooge and Rockerduck are having competition as comic book publishers. Scrooge's artists and writers are working in sweat shop in basement. This is all I can remember. Any pointers or hints will be helpful. Thanks!
